The institution has established an Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism as per the norms specified in the AICTE Approval Process Handbook. This mechanism ensures that grievances raised by students, faculty, and staff are addressed in a transparent and timely manner.
As mandated by the All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulations, 2019 (F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019), the institution has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee comprising senior faculty members and administrative staff to handle student grievances effectively and fairly.
The University has appointed an Ombudsman to address grievances which are not resolved at the institutional level. This step is in accordance with the AICTE regulations ensuring justice and accountability.
In accordance with the All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Faculty/Staff Member) Regulations, 2021 (F.No. 1-103/AICTE/PGRC/Regulation/2021 dated 25.03.2021), a separate mechanism has also been put in place to address the grievances of faculty and staff members at the institution.
